2. Products & Pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST
- Product images are representative; actual plants may vary slightly in size and appearance
- We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice
- Prices at the time of order placement will be honored
3. Orders & Payment
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability
- Full refund will be issued for cancelled orders within 5-7 business days
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Standard delivery: 3-5 business days
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999
- Delivery partners: We partner with specialized plant logistics providers
- Risk of damage during transit is covered by our 7-day guarantee
5. Returns & Refunds
- Plants are perishable goods; standard returns are not applicable
- 7-day plant health guarantee covers damaged or unhealthy plants on arrival
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method
- Photo evidence is required for damage claims
6. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
7. Limitation of Liability
Maison Canopy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
