We use eco-friendly, breathable packaging specifically designed for live plants. Each plant is secured with biodegradable cushioning to prevent damage during transit. Soil is sealed to prevent spills, and the plant is placed upright.
If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund. This guarantee covers damage during shipping and plant health issues visible upon delivery.
Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days across India. We deliver to 500+ cities. Enter your pincode on any product page to check availability and estimated delivery time for your area.
Yes, COD is available for select pincodes with a small additional charge of ₹49. COD orders above ₹2000 are free. You can check COD availability during checkout.
Due to the perishable nature of plants, we do not accept returns. However, our 7-day guarantee covers damaged or unhealthy plants. Please share photos within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.
Yes! Every plant comes with a care card including watering schedule, sunlight needs, and soil recommendations. We also have detailed care guides on our blog for each plant type.
Absolutely! We offer gift wrapping and personalized message cards. During checkout, simply select the gift option, add your message, and enter the recipient address.

We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets (via Razorpay), and international cards (via Stripe). Cash on Delivery is also available for eligible pincodes.
